Highlighting Digital Health Literacy Gap
CVS Health is spotlighting the growing challenges older adults face as health care becomes increasingly digital, citing new research showing that many Medicare-eligible consumers struggle to navigate online health tools and information. More than 7 in 10 Medicare members report feeling confusion or uncertainty when navigating health information online, underscoring the growing importance of digital health literacy for access to care and health outcomes.
Boosting Adherence with Peer-to-Patient Support

Level-Setting Pharmacy Medical Billing Services
There are nuances and different approaches that can be taken when attempting to size up the actual market potential for pharmacy medical billing, according to an article by PQS by Innovaccer‘s Todd Sega. As of early 2026, 13 states have emerged as leaders by successfully pairing “Status” with “Mandatory Payment” across state-regulated lines of business. These states generally mandate coverage for both Medicaid (FFS and Managed Care) and State-Regulated Commercial Plans.
Introducing New PQA Website and MyPQA
The new PQA website and MyPQA portal were built to create a more seamless and user-friendly experience across all your interactions with PQA. As part of this transition, PQA’s website has moved from pqaalliance.org to its new home at PQA.org.
Alongside the new website, we are launching the MyPQA portal, a personalized place to manage your engagement with PQA. Through MyPQA, users can:
- Access information connected to prior PQA engagement
- Set up and manage their profile
- Register for events and education programs
- View activity and purchase history
The portal is designed to streamline interactions with PQA while providing a stronger foundation for future enhancements and member experiences.
You can access the portal through the Login button located at the top right corner of any page on PQA.org. To get started, complete the New User Setup using your organizational email address.
