Save the Date – November 5-6 – to Join PQA in Arlington, Va.
PQA is developing a national recognition program for pharmacies that consistently deliver high-quality care and demonstrate readiness for value-based arrangements. This program is the focus of the 2026 PQA Leadership Summit, November 5-6, at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Va. Save the date and make sure your organization is represented.
The PQA pharmacy recognition program will be centered around four important areas of care delivery in a connected health care ecosystem:
- Patient-centered approaches to care
- Collaborative team-based care
- Quality improvement and health equity
- Data exchange capabilities
The summit will explore the services, activities and approaches to patient care that indicate a high-performing pharmacy. Join us to learn what recognition will look like and its benefits for pharmacies, health plans, technology vendors and all stakeholders that value high-quality pharmacy services.
Immediately preceding the summit, a PQA Workshop: Using the PQA Medication Therapy Problem Categories Framework in Practice takes place on November 5, from 9:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. ET. This in-person educational program features interactive instruction, case-based learning, and facilitated discussion on applying the PQA Medication Therapy Problem Categories Framework in practice. The workshop will be offered as an ACPE-accredited continuing education activity for pharmacists.
The PQA Leadership Summit annually convenes thought leaders, key decision makers and quality stakeholders to interactively and collaboratively develop strategies to improve medication use quality. The PQA Leadership Summit is an invitation-only event for member organization leaders from the director level and above.
