The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued “Medicare Program; Contract Year 2027 Policy and Technical Changes to the Medicare Advantage Program, Medicare Prescription Drug Benefit Program, and Medicare Cost Plan Program.” The proposed rule, CMS-4212-P, was published in the Federal Register on November 28, 2025, and can be found here.
