Director, Validation

Kendra Hanley, MS, CSSGB, is the Director, Validation at the Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). She is responsible for continued development and execution of the PQA’s Validation Program, which will ensure consistent implementation of PQA’s quality measures in value-based programs, performance measurement initiatives, and other quality improvement applications.

Prior to joining PQA, Hanley led CMS-funded initiatives including the CMS Measure Development Plan and the 2024 National Impact Assessment of CMS Quality Measures Report. She has over 20 years of experience in quality measurement, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of quality measures. She has expertise in electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) standards and clinical terminologies.

Hanley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and a Master of Science degree in Health Systems Management from Rush University in Chicago, IL. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt through the American Society for Quality.
