Oliver Emmanuel Valdez, PharmD, MSPH, CMI-Spanish, is a Senior Manager, Performance Measurement at Pharmacy Quality Alliance (PQA). In this role, Valdez contributes to the development and maintenance of PQA Value Sets and provides clinical expertise and analytic support for the development and maintenance of PQA measures.

Prior to this role, Valdez completed a post-graduate Executive Fellowship with PQA, where he contributed to PQA’s measure maintenance projects, educational programs, and research initiatives.

Valdez obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Science in Public Health from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
