In this January 19, 2023, PQA Quality Forum Webinar, PQA Executive Fellow Jasmine Perry, PharmD, provided an overview of the second edition of the PQA Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Resource Guide.
PQA published the guide in January 2023. This second edition profiles 32 SDOH services, including 12 new services and updates to many of the services profiled in the first edition. Perry was joined by Jacinda Abdul-Mutakabbir, PharmD, MPH, from Loma Linda University and Latasha Guy, PharmD, and Dana Erf Fortman from Walgreens. They will detail ongoing efforts to increase vaccination rates and improve access to care in minority and underserved communities. Both organizations are featured in the expanded guide.
